Unless I'm mistaken dvipng doesn't seem to be used by the software since the
upstream commit 5e73302a8e70cbb3465828540100b64a334cf8ec (feel free to close
this if I'm wrong).

Hi,

I can confirm that `dvipng` is not being used by xournalpp anymore.

A PR to remove it from xournalpp build docs, and Fedora package recommendations
has been merged.
