Maintainer says that fixing the problem on their end will only improve
the 'gnome os and flatpak runtimes', and that this needs to be fixed in
each individual distribution. Debian needs to copy what Fedora is
doing.

I'm reassigning to hunspell-en-gb since it provides en_GB.aff which is
the file that Fedora is modifying with
