Description : fast and accurate AI-powered file type identifier Magika uses a DL model to detect content types

fast and accurate AI-powered file type identifier
Magika is a high-performance content-type detection tool that relies on
a deep learning model to identify file formats.
 .
Unlike traditional tools like libmagic (used by the 'file' command),
Magika uses a specialized neural network trained on a large dataset.
 It offers:
  * High accuracy for code files and modern formats
  * Low latency inference using ONNX
  * A robust Python API and CLI
 .
This package is a sub dependency of markitdown (ITP #1126837).
Markitdown is a required dependency of Alpaca which will be
packaged by Aryan Karamtoth and me.

Hi Arian,

It's been a long time since we first discussed about packaging Alpaca
and its dependencies and it seems that you've been away from the Debian
project for a while.

Is it fine if I take over this ITP and finish the packaging? I'll add
you as an uploader and cite you in d/copyright for your work so that we
can co-maintain this package if you wish to return back to the project
in the near future.
