Dear Maintainer,

It would be nice to have an expert option to install the base system (without
desktop environment) so that I can reuse the live image, which I downloaded as
a rescue system, without downloading another iso (netinst) just for this task.

If I choose to configure the package manager before installing the full system,
I am asked whether to install the base or full system, however this is hidden
and unintuitive (and it also does not work, says that chrooting /target failed).
