Dear Maintainer,

I was testing a new wordlist composed entirely of 4 chacter words
and kept getting the following error message:

Error: provided arguments result in zero-length wordlist, exiting.


In the process of examining this I realised that the man page was
incorrect.

It reads:

Control: retitle -1 xkcdpass: Man page documents --min and --max incorrectly
Control: tags -1 + upstream
Control: block -1 by 1127581

The manual page has been corrected upstream, in version “1.21.0”. I am
marking this bug as blocked by the upgrade to that version or later.
