Dear Maintainer,

Text that is zalgofied in text-mode isn't displayed properly (
examples can be generated via https://zalgo.org/ )
I've heard whispers of a rumour of that someone once made a zalgo-mode
but I don't see it listed in elpa anywhere
this seems like a feature that should at the least be optionally
installable somewhere at the very least
