The cargo-culted debian/copyright-check in the repo is currently broken.

I advise to use "licenserecon" instead and drop these files:
 - debian/copyright-check
 - debian/copyright_hints


This file was found with https://codesearch.debian.net/
while doing a last review before final CDBS removal.
