I have recently (since 1.3.0? Not 100% sure) noticed an annoying (to
me) bug in pdfview. To reproduce:
1) curl --output test.pdf https://arxiv.org/pdf/2602.16649
This is a largish PDF file; I have noticed in several others, mainly, but not only TeX output.
2) emacs -q test.pdf
3) M-x package-initialize
4) M-x pdf-tools-install
5) Rearrange emacs windows so the same buffer is showing in
top and bottom window, and the point is in the top window.
6) page down in the top window
7) Observe that the top mode line updates, but the bottom window
actually scrolls.
Turning on the experimental "pdf-view-roll-mode" for continuous
scrolling seems to prevent this problem. That mode is labelled
"experimental" by upstream.
