Dear Maintainers,

Sometimes, reportbug(1) make(s) two RFC2822.From emails. Belows are real samples [1-2].
And this is additional reference [3].

Personally i would like to have a final automatic check before sending emails generated by reportbug to see if they contain duplicate RFC 2822 headers, thanks!
