Dear Maintainer,

Installing xaw3dg-dev does not install a pkg-config file.  Without xaw3d.pc, other packages may fail to locate libxaw3d.

The current upstream of libxaw3d is https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/lib/libxaw3d and it does install xaw3d.pc.
