With upstream Qt5 support being EOL, we should be switching packages
to Qt6. Looking briefly into opencv, it seems like it should have already
Qt6 support (?), and it might be a matter of changing -DWITH_QT=5 to =6?
But I've not tried, nor I've checked whether this would affect any
exposed ABI.

Hi!

I've seen the transition to the 5.0 library in experimental, with a
SOVERSION bump. If switching to Qt6 is possible, I think now would be
the ideal time, to avoid any potential ABI break in the future, or being
unable to do the switch due to that.

If it does not break ABI, then I guess it's less urgent and the Qt6
switch could be done later on though.
