Dear Maintainer,

This package has an extraneous, leftover,
build-dependency on 'quilt'.

With the '3.0 (quilt)' format,
the handling of debian/patches is done by dpkg itself,
or maybe your git-based workflow I don't know of,
but never by quilt.
