PacketLens is a GTK4/libadwaita application for viewing and analyzing
network packet captures (PCAP/PCAPNG files). It provides packet
inspection, protocol dissection, filtering, and statistics in a
modern interface.

There is no lightweight GTK4-based packet analyzer in Debian.
Wireshark exists but is significantly heavier.
