The telnetlib module was removed in Python 3.13 and Quisk now crashes on
startup with:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'telnetlib'

This needs to be fixed by adding the required python3-zombie-telnetlib
dependency.

I can't say for sure why 4.2.32 isn't crashing on my system, but I have
updated the package to the 4.2.50 upstream version.
