Provides a C implementation of utilities to maintain OverlayFS,
including an offline merge tool necessary for syncing
writable RAM layers back to persistent storage.

I am packaging this to support zram-config and other
OverlayFS maintenance tasks in Debian. I am looking for a sponsor.
