Incoming files transfers fail with no notification shown on the receiving system (using blueman).
Only the client device logs the failure.

A restart of blueman-applet fixes this issue.

If restarting blueman-applet is complicated in your setup or for other
reasons is a thing you'd rather not do, I've found that manually running
`bt-obex -s <path>` and accepting each transfer also works.
