As of v8.2602.0 rsyslog has added an OpenTelemetry output module,
omotel. This module is useful for pushing logs to other logging stacks,
such as AWS Cloudwatch, which support ingesting OpenTelemtry logs. I
would love to have it present in the Debian builds. Thanks for
