Perhaps this is a feature, but it seems strange and counter-
intuitive. When pdiff'ing two C files with the c stylesheet,
all types (char, int, unsigned, etc) are struck through. When
using a2ps on just one C file with the same stylesheet, those
are in italics.

Sample command-line invocation:
  pdiff file1.c file2.c -- -Ec -o /tmp/diff.ps

This might be a misfeature in pdiff / a2ps.
