#113136 ssh: ssh does not display forwarded X11 connections it is wating on until done

When I ssh to another host, forward some X11 connections, then exit bash
on the remote host ssh just sits there with a blank console until I end
the X11 programs.

Once it finally exits, it then shows the list of forwarded
connections.

Perhaps a missing flush somewhere?
