Dear Maintainer,

after updating frescobaldi to version 4.0.5+ds1-1, there is no longer a desktop entry neither an icon to launch the app from the desktop environment; it is still possible to launch the app from the command line.

with version 4.0 many changes comes into this package. Instead of
Makefiles there are some Python scripts. I have tested and tried
some steps to get translations and desktop and icon file again.
Finally only a few changes are needed.
