Dear Maintainer,

as discussed via IRC and in [1], it would be great for tooling if the
debian security tracker data/json file is accompanied by a json schema.
By that, consumers of the data do not need to guess what the fields
describe or which fields are always available.

I also prepared a patch to add this [2].
