Dear Maintainer,

The current version of okular in debian is affected by the bug
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=370382

Since I heavily use custom stamps, this made okular unsuable for me.
So I just rebuilt the debian package from the latest upstream version
(that's why you get the ~nc1 package-versions below). As far as I can
tell the package now works as expected.
