libvsqlitepp-doc/0.3.13-4.3 as present in forky|unstable installs
/usr/share/doc/libvsqlitepp-dev as a directory. libvsqlitepp-dev/0.3.13-4.1+b2
as present in trixie installed the same location as a symbolic link. Depending
on the unpack order, this may cause files from libvsqlitepp-doc to be
redirected during the unpack operation. To avoid this, libvsqlitepp-doc needs
to ensure that forky's libvsqlitepp-dev is unpacked before libvsqlitepp-doc.

I suggest adding "Conflicts: libvsqlitepp-dev (<< applicableversion)" to
libvsqlitepp-doc.
