fractgen-common and fractgen-examples have an undeclared file conflict.
This may result in an unpack error from dpkg.

These packages can be unpacked concurrently, because there is no
relevant Replaces or Conflicts relation. Attempting to unpack these
packages concurrently results in an unpack error from dpkg, because none
of the packages installs a diversion for the affected files.

Could you explain why you use Conflicts here? Usually, moving files
between packages should use Breaks+Replaces. Excessive use of Conflicts
can make release upgrades fail.

Is there a reason that the git tree referenced in Vcs-Git is not
updated?
