libwf-config-dev has an undeclared file conflict. This may result in an
unpack error from dpkg.

The file /usr/include/wayfire/nonstd/safe-list.hpp is contained in the
packages
 * libwf-config-dev/0.10.0-1 as present in forky|unstable
 * wayfire-dev/0.9.0-5 as present in trixie

These packages can be unpacked concurrently, because there is no
relevant Replaces or Conflicts relation. Attempting to unpack these
packages concurrently results in an unpack error from dpkg, because none
of the packages installs a diversion for the affected file.

With this, I'm able to update from the wayfire-dev in trixie. Let me
