The font is not built from source. To get the sfd source, it also has to be
downloaded from the git repository instead of GitHub releases.

I am working on it. To resolve it a couple of python libraries/tools
have to be introduced, so it may take some time.

Yes. I am on my way to do so.
I have already packaged the missing Python stuff.
What is slowing me is the rust part of this software.
I am absolutely not familiar with rust and it would be
my fist rust package.

Hi Fabian, thanks for your enquiry.

I might have udated my progress on this issue.

Actually by the last week-end, I had packaged the rust crates that were missing
to build a working fontship --- you see the list of this crates at my QA webpage.

By the next week-end, I hope to finalize my packaging of fontship:
I have already a building version on my box.

 From there this issue should be easily fixed.
