Hi Fab,

I’d really like to have the HTML specification readable offline on my Debian system by simply installing a package. Does your package do that?

Also: this is not the HTML 5 spec, it’s the HTML living spec; the number was dropped a while ago when the whatwg decided that releasing html versions was too hard.

This source package actually produces the binary "whatwg-html-spec*" packages

It does, but it can only be loaded properly when served through a http server, and at its root, eg in a VirtualHost of apache. This is what the package does. Few more details are in d/README.Debian & README.source.

Oh, ok I didn't know there is a difference between HTML 5 & HTML living spec.
Do I have to change the wording?
