Hi Mario,

I just uploaded a version to experimental that syncs the 'unstable'
target list from the 'experimental' one.

This way, rebuilding reverse dependencies with 'unstable' in their
d/changelog can be tested before an upload to unstable, by pinning
pkg-rocm-tools to experimental. I've attached the script with which I
tested this for gfx1201 (the pkg-rocm-tools version would need to be
bumped).

This is probably necessary because there could be failure modes that we
might want to keep out of unstable. Quoting Cory in [1]:

   The pkg-rocm-tools 0.9.4 upload added gfx942, gfx1151, gfx1200, and
   gfx1201 to the AMD GPU build targets on Experimental, but that this
   seems to be too many architectures for some libraries.

I don't have any data myself on that, but given how many migration
blockers we've had in the past, it would seem prudent to check
before leaping here.

Also, if this gets upload to unstable, there are binNMUs to take care of.
