Dear maintainer(s),

I noticed that package debichem-development recommends libpsi3-dev,
which is currently not available in unstable.

I see that libpsi3-dev was built by psicode source package, but psicode
was removed from Debian in 2025:
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/psicode

Would it make sense to remove or update it?
