I prototyped an import of this, tested with 'dgit sbuild', at
https://salsa.debian.org/abower/opensysusers/-/commits/prototype-upstream-0.7.5
in case it helps anyone. I know this is a LowNMU package but it's not
really practical to do sponsored NMUs or MRs of new upstreams and there
is no added value at all in my contribution here so I'm just leaving it
as an example!
