Dear Maintainer,

As reported in Ubuntu in https://bugs.launchpad.net/squid/+bug/2137570,
the cachemgr.cgi Total accounted memory report is always reporting "0
KB". This currently affects squid 6 and 7 (trixie/forky/sid).

You can find a reproducer in https://launchpadlibrarian.net/858173396/reproduce.sh
(you can use incus instead of LXD to reproduce it in Debian).

It may be worth to mention that I can reproduce this issue in Ubuntu,
Debian and Fedora. I filed a bug upstream at
https://bugs.squid-cache.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5539
