   * rename uwsgi-core pkg to uwsgi and move sysv scripts to uwsgi-initscripts
   * disable test_mountpoints on s390x for now (see #1133977)
   * declare compliance to policy 4.7.4 (no change)

Hello, the package looks mostly good, but I'm not confident about the upgrade path and the conflict/replaces.
My apt wants me to fully remove before I can install the new version, maybe you need some break/replaces?
