Starting with version 11.0, upstream qemu does not support 32bit hosts
anymore.  In particular, there's no qemu-system-x86 package (or any of
qemu-system-*) on i386 architecture.  But qemubuilder depends on it.

Please drop dependency on qemu-system* on 32bit architectures.  Current
dependency does not let qemu to migrate to testing.
