to issues with loong64 buildds running testing.

Control: severity -1 important

A giveback worked, so downgrading the severity for now. Is that a flaky
test?

Hi,

I've locally run `sbuild --arch loong64` (which performs the test) a few times now, and the test has passed every time. I guess that the test machine was busy, and the test got a timeout.
