lib3mf1t64 provides: lib3mf1, but lib3mf2 conflicts with lib3mf1.

IMHO there's no good reason for this Provides: stanza, and no reason why
-nf1 and -mf2 should not be co-installable. Thus please remove it.

The Provides is there by design on all architectures that were not
affected by the time_t 64 transition. So that the packages provides
lib3mf1 is expected.

There is no lib3mf2 package - but since at least lib3mf1t64 only contains
the shared library, a Conflicts on lib3mf1 sounds wrong. You may one to
contact whoever provides the lib3mf2 package to you, though.
