outdated. Please the public suffix list from the "publicsuffix" package.

The attached patch uses the "publicsuffix" package by depending on it,
and making the suffix list file a symlink.

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
python-apeye, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.
