poc-streamer fails to cross build from source early as it fails
compiling things during dh_auto_clean. It seems like the Makefile does
some detection based on the C compiler and this misguides debhelper into
selecting the distclean target instead of the usually selected clean
target and from there things go bad. What works is exporting CC and
friends for all targets (not just dh_auto_build). I'm attaching a patch
that makes poc-streamer cross buildable. Please consider applying it.
