LXC 7 removed support for legacy CGroupsV1 and was recently uploaded to unstable. This has indirectly caused the debci backend-lxc autopkgtest to fail[0] because it depends on the deprecated lxc- templates package. I'll be preparing an update for lxc-templates to remove the unsupported configuration keys, but please be aware that lxc-templates will very likely be RM'ed during the forky+1 development cycle. Mathias [0] -- autopkgtests for different architectures are still running; it fails on amd64, but not arm64. Maybe you could consider expanding the architectures backend-lxc runs on?
Hmm, maybe this is better reported against src:autopkgtest, as that's where the actual failure is occurring. Mathias
Hi The title of the bug report is a problem with src:debci, as the test Depends on lxc-template. The autopkgtest of src:autopkgtest passed with the new lxc as it doesn't depend on lxc-templates. One of the binaries of autopgktest only works with lxc-templates installed (it has a run time check), so that needs fixing. Two bugs it is. Paul > Maybe you could consider expanding the architectures backend-lxc runs on? We'd love that, but we only have one architecture that supports qemu.
