It has been pointed out to me by a DFSG team member that the license of
the dbconfig-common documentation is not suitable for Debian. The
problematic part is paragraph 9 and particularly this requirement:

Hi, original author of dbconfig-common here.

I spoke with Paul and I approve of relicensing the entire dbconfig-common
under GPLv2+.  I'm currently retired/emeritus status in the project so
Paul or anyone else can make the update themselves to their own copy of
the repo with my blessing.  Thanks for taking care of the package!

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
dbconfig-common, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.

A summary of the changes between this version and the previous one is
attached.
