Dear Maintainer,

i am using plasma 6.6.4 with wayland on debian sid. since
i updated from plasma 6.3, the caps lock, shift, control
and meta keys simply do not seem to be detected at all,
and therefore keyboard shortcuts using these keys also do
not seem to work.

as evidence of this bug, i am unable to type any capital
letters, as pressing the caps lock key or holding
the shift key does nothing. the light on the caps lock
key on my keyboard does not light up either.


further, the alt key does work but any combination of alt
and other keys do not work.


this does not happen in plasma on x11. also, if i run
`xev` within wayland, xwayland does seem to pick up all
these key presses, including pressing multiple keys at
once, and caps lock also affects the letter keys. but none
of these work outside `xev`.


i am not using any input method like ibus.
