Dear Maintainer,

Even though /usr/share/shotcut/qml/filters/white/ exists in this build, "White Balance" does not appear as a filter option. Downloading the upstream portable tar, however, the option appears there.

It seems like perhaps there is an issue with the shotcut version packaged in Debian (and perhaps "White Balance" is not the only affected filter).

I would love to help debug this, but am not sure where to start.
