Hi,

when building an arch:all package with --binary-indep, the entire package
is built normally, and the outputs are then discarded.

Since this is a massive package that takes several hours even on modern
hardware, this is rather wasteful -- for reference, the arch:all
autobuilder spends almost three hours[1] on this package.
