Dear maintainer,

the package kdepim-addons uses rust-adblock for ad-blocking
features. It recently upgraded its requirements to use rust-adblock 0.11.
The current version in Debian (0.8.12) does not build with
kdepim-addons anymore, sadly.

It would be great if rust-adblock could be updated to 0.11.
