Plasma 6.7 includes a new styling engine called Union which uses a
library called CXX Rust CSS Parser [1].
In order to build CXX Rust CSS Parser, the Rust crate cssparser-color [2]
is needed. Sadly, this Rust crate does not exist in Debian.

It would be great if this crate could be made available in Debian.
