using sbuild and a reduced chroot with only build-essential packages.

If this is really a bug in one of the build-depends, please use
reassign and add an affects on src:victoriametrics, so that this is still
visible in the BTS web page for this package.

This was due to golang-opentelemetry-contrib enabled submodules that
requires golang-opentelemetry-otel 1.43.0 update.

Since golang-opentelemetry-otel 1.43.0 just uploaded. Please trigger
a rebuild then.

Ok. I did but it still fails to build.

The error message is now different:

I didn't look, but I'm assuming this is fallout from my current spree
of golang updates to be able to package the latest victoriametrics from
upstream. I'm almost there, and I think should be able to get
something uploaded by the end of the week or so.
