Dear Maintainer,

The dillo project has changed its website and therefore its upstream source.
See <https://dillo-browser.org/dillo.org.html>.

Tracker information reports "Problems while searching for a new upstream
version" which is not surprising since it's still pointing to the old website
which now serves spam.

Updating this would allow newer features of Dillo (they're up to 3.3.0, with
zooming and other stuff) to be retrieved.
