Due to #967523 and #1120756, hexchat will not be released with forky.
Please consider building this package with zoitechat-dev instead of
hexchat-dev. The API has not changed other than using "zoitechat"
instead of "hexchat" and "ZOITECHAT" instead of "HEXCHAT" in the names.
So a patch should be trivial.
