Package: rust-curve25519-dalek

rust-curve25519-dalek has a build-dependency on librust-toml-0.8-dev,
which we would like to phase out, in favor of version 1.

Upstream bumped from version 0.8 to version 0.9 with no code changes,

and the API changes between 0.9 and 1 are very minor.

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
rust-curve25519-dalek, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.
