Dear maintainer(s),

I noticed that package hipercontracer-node recommends td-system-info and
td-system-maintenance, which are currently not available in unstable.

This seems to be the same case as #1137618

Hi,

same as for #1137618, i.e. the td-system-tools package is waiting for
sponsorship on the mentors' server
https://mentors.debian.net/package/td-system-tools/ since a very long
time. This would solve this bug, and also would simplify
debian/tests/50-full-database-test, which currently needs to
build td-system-tools from the sources to run the DB tests.
