Dear Maintainer,

Upstream has released a new version, 0.19.1, which appears to have a few
changes. It is needed for the next upstream release of
translate-toolkit.

Note also that the Homepage for the package is also out of date - now
https://yaml.dev/doc/ruamel.yaml/
